Products under RM100: Enjoy 6 months free warranty

Products RM100 and above: Enjoy 1 year free warranty

Our warranty covers product defects or malfunctions that are not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Return & Refund Procedure

If you receive a defective item or if the product stops working within the warranty period:

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Ship the product back to our return address (shipping cost to be borne by the customer).

Once we verify the issue, a refund will be credited to your MyHulahoop Wallet at the full purchase price of the item. You can use this wallet credit for your next order!

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging (if applicable).
  • Warranty claims are only valid with proof of purchase from myHulahoop.co.
  • We do not offer cash refunds. All returns are processed as wallet credits.
